These workshops are designed to empower parents and/or (or both) students to understand the importance of education. Through an understanding of Social Emotional Learning participants are inspired to realize what education can do for their families.
This is a long form text area designed for your content that you can fill up with as many words as your heart desires. You can write articles, long mission statements, company policies, executive profiles, company awards/distinctions, office locations, shareholder reports, whitepapers, media mentions and other pieces of content that don’t fit into a shorter, more succinct space.
Articles – Good topics for articles include anything related to your company – recent changes to operations, the latest company softball game – or the industry you’re in. General business trends (think national and even international) are great article fodder, too.
Mission statements – You can tell a lot about a company by its mission statement. Don’t have one? Now might be a good time to create one and post it here. A good mission statement tells you what drives a company to do what it does.
Company policies – Are there company policies that are particularly important to your business? Perhaps your unlimited paternity/maternity leave policy has endeared you to employees across the company. This is a good place to talk about that.
Executive profiles – A company is only as strong as its executive leadership. This is a good place to show off who’s occupying the corner offices. Write a nice bio about each executive that includes what they do, how long they’ve been at it, and what got them to where they are.

This program aims to broaden the participation of female leaders, through mentoring, networking opportunities, and professional development. The goal is to increase the number of females in the workforce and empowering them to be the best that they can be. The main purpose is to train the next generation of female leaders to support each other.

How Does It Work?
All training will be done on-site at Urban Air Adventure Park in a workshop setting with 4 hours of leadership development training.
2 hours will be an interactive session followed by a team activity in the adventure park for 2 hours.
Teambuilding activities and team competitions will be in specific areas of the park.
Workshops are customized to the needs of the organization; however, fees will vary depending on time allotted. Full day and half day programs available depending on park accessibility.

This leadership workshop will focus to inspire and motivate families to work together and understand the importance of education. Families will have the opportunity to work with experienced L.I.F.E. coaches to reach their full potential.
The goal is to motivate and inspire both students and their families to create an action plan and begin to think how they can create change for generations to come through innovative and creative tactics.
Through a series of team-building exercises and motivational sessions, your team is shown how they can overcome many obstacles if they come together and build an action plan to create team success.
The primary objective is to teach team members leadership skills in support of each other and to understand how these impact team dynamics. The goal is to increase communication and understanding between team members and to provide purpose, tools and direction to achieve a stronger team.
Our customized executive coaching will enhance your leadership capacity, while facilitating a higher level of performance — for you, your team and your organization. We will focus on the importance of Emotional Intelligence and how this can have an impact of teams. We will help develop your interpersonal skills that will help you to lead with greater impact and influence. Each one-hour weekly session, will work on developing these skills to seek greater results.
